Parents Association

Here is How You Can Help...

All families are automatic members of the St. Sebastian Parents Association.  The annual dues of $10.00 are deducted from tuition.

Three meetings are scheduled each year in the months of October, March and May.  The meetings begin at 7:00 PM and end approximately at 8:00 PM and are a great way to learn about the many opportunities you have to support the school.  Parents Association events are for students of St. Sebastian School and their siblings (grade or age appropriate of event scheduled only.

Upcoming events for the 2012-2013 school year include:

  • Halloween Party: Friday October 26th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for children and parents in Grades Nursery through 3.
  • Breakfast with Santa:  Saturday, December 1st from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon for children and parents in Grades Nursery through 3.
  •  Family Fitness Night: Monday, March 11th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for children and parents in Grades 3 through 8.
  •  SUPERMARKET BINGO: Our largest Parent Association fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  Adults only!

Look for details of each upcoming event as time approaches.   You can contact the Parent Association at staff@stsebastianschool.org.  Your message will be directed to a member of the Parent Association Executive Board.

Testimonials

“My daughter is the third generation in my family to attend St. Sebastian School. St. Sebastian School provides a solid Catholic foundation as well as an exceptional multifaceted education. The faculty and staff are exemplary role models. I am proud to be a graduate of St. Sebastian School. I am confident my daughter will be successful in her future stemming from her experiences at St. Sebastian School.”
Cornela Cremin Morales, parent and graduate
“St. Sebastian School provides an excellent environment for a child to learn and grow into a productive member of the community. The staff is dedicated to making an impact in each child’s life. As a working mother, it is extremely comforting to have my daughter attend the after school program and the summer program with the same staff members that she feels comfortable and secure with during the school year.”
Lynn Cummings, parent
“The philosophy of St. Sebastian School has the right balance for my children. It is rooted in a traditional value system both academically and spiritually. The whole child is represented and taught love and respect for others.  St. Sebastian faculty know all the students by name. My children feel happy and secure here.”
Jeanne Martin, parent

Diane DiNicola, parent and graduate
