Registration for Fall 2013 will begin in February 2013 for students wishing to attend St. Sebastian School in Grades Nursery through 7.
Tuition rates for the 2013-2014 school year are not available at this time. Tuition is not expected to increase more than $200 per child.
New students of families wishing to attend St. Sebastian School for September 2013, must complete all necessary registration forms below or located in our Admissions section. All downloaded forms must be complete and be accompanied by all required/requested information listed in our Prospective Parents section for further processing. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will prolong the registration process.

Please note: First time applicants of siblings attending St. Sebastian School, must complete and submit all Registration forms to Mrs. Orlandi for processing. The family registration fee rate would apply.
